What happens if I uninstall EcomSolid?

This article will go through the common inquiries when you decide to uninstall EcomSolid. 

How Can I Cancel My EcomSolid Subscription?

We're sad to see you go, but this option is available. You can cancel the subscription by simply removing the App from your Shopify app list. 


Go to the Shopify Admin> Apps, find EcomSolid Theme & Page Builder, and select “Delete” to cancel the subscription.

What Happens To My Data?

Uninstalling the app won't affect the published theme and pages. However, you won't be able to perform any system update on them. 

All the data will be stored on your Shopify Theme Library and you will be able to publish it without any problem. It’s not recommended to remove EcomSolid from your theme library if you intend to continue using EcomSolid in the future.  



Can I request a refund?

EcomSolid offers a money-back guarantee for all plans in the first 30 days of your subscription. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason within this time, you are eligible for a full refund.


After the first 30 days, you can also request a partial refund when you unsubscribe. The amount will be calculated based on the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. Please refer to this article from Shopify to know more about subscription charges. 

How to Request A Refund?

Please contact our support team via email or live chat for assistance if you want to request a refund. It may take 3-5 working days for our Billing Department to review your request. Once your request has been approved, our customer support team will reach out to you with refund instructions.
